Every Saturday, at 9:30 AM, our Artistic Meditation sessions create a vibrant communal space, in the Main Art SUX Gallery, where mindfulness meets creative expression, allowing you to reconnect with your inner self and the universal energies that guide you. We use the artist's masterpieces to ignite energy and healing within. This is a free weekly guided meditation and mats, pillows, and some furniture is provided. It is a judgement free zone so wiggle, sigh, cry, or do what you need to do to heal. No registration is required. It starts promptly and lasts about 30 minutes.
