Meditation here is a journey inward that nurtures emotional resilience, heightens intuition, and promotes physical well-being, while honoring the vast spectrum of beliefs—from God, and the Source, to the Creator, the Universe, or the Light.

Our Meditation services at Rooted in Reiki reflect this inclusive, expansive approach to self-discovery and healing. Every Saturday, at 9:30 AM, our Artistic Meditation sessions create a vibrant communal space, in the Main Art SUX Gallery, where mindfulness meets creative expression, allowing you to reconnect with your inner self and the universal energies that guide you. 

For a more profound, trance-like experience, our monthly candle-lit Hypnotic Meditation event, known as “LIT,” invites you to delve into the recesses of your subconscious, unlocking the mysteries of your inner light and aligning you with a higher power—be it God, the Universe, or any expression of the divine. 

Additionally, personalized meditation sessions are available to support your individual journey, blending ancient practices with modern insights to address your unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. This holistic approach not only encourages healing and balance but also inspires you to live with intention and trust the wisdom of the cosmos.
